Ben Dunne

Ben is Managing Director at Eaglesite and has extensive experience designing and delivering new products and services.

Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, Ben works with companies to identify and maximise their resources to deliver differentiated propositions that are profitable, sustainable and scalable.

Ben has led the creation and delivery of products and services for DixonsCarphone, MediaMarkt, Facebook, The AA, British Airways, Travelex and Barclays among other leading international brands.

Prior to this, Ben was responsible for designing and delivering an e-commerce solution for Dunnes Stores which included the end to end solution design and coordinating all work streams to ensure the timely launch of the project.

Ben began his career at J.P. Morgan and holds a First Class Honours degree from the University of Warwick.

Erik Jacobs

Creative Director

Erik is Creative Director and specialises in creating branded customer propositions and experiences.

He is responsible for ensuring that the products and services we create have unique brand experiences that earn customer loyalty and passionate advocacy.

With expertise in creating brand experiences using digital and print media, illustration and TV application solutions, Erik is a multi-talented brand leader who has worked for leading design agencies in London including Omnicom Group and StinkDigital.

He has led brand identity and creative design projects for clients including Channel 4, Sky, Disney, HBO, Canon, Samsung, Hewlett Packard, Jack Wills, Swisscom, Snapfish and Media Markt.

Rob Beresford

Technology Director

Rob is our Technology Director and focuses on defining and delivering the technical requirements for the product or service.

He is responsible for developing innovative technology solutions that bring the value proposition to life, further differentiate the offering and delight customers.

Rob has previously worked both as a software entrepreneur and with other leading professionals to design and launch technology products for the global horse racing and music industries including launching the world’s first live music discovery app
